Hilton Garden Inn Tuxtla Gutierrez

It is an excellent property in the middle of Tuxtla Gutierrez financial center, close to main avenues and offices. The rooms are comfortable, well-illuminated, clean, and quiet. The restaurant is varied and offers local delicacies. The staff is helpful.

If we have 3 people in the room they should have 3 towels. They leave only 2 towels for 4 people room . They need to have towels at the pool for the guest all time. We have to wait for towels when we get out from the pool.

It was very clean and the room was very comfy. We only stayed one night and were busy so we didn’t get to use any of the amenities, but the pool looked nice. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We loved the cleanliness, the breakfast was great and awesome service. They went out of their way to please us. Francisco and all the waiters that attended us were great

The staff is very friendly and the location is great. Nearby shopping center and right on one of the main roads. Parking is easy in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The price value is good, so I would book it again.
