If we have 3 people in the room they should have 3 towels. They leave only 2 towels for 4 people room . They need to have towels at the pool for the guest all time. We have to wait for towels when we get out from the pool.

It was very clean and the room was very comfy. We only stayed one night and were busy so we didn’t get to use any of the amenities, but the pool looked nice. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff is very friendly and the location is great. Nearby shopping center and right on one of the main roads. Parking is easy in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The price value is good, so I would book it again.

nice place to stay when going to Tuxtla. the room is huge compared to similar hotels in the category. restaurant is good. staff mostly friendly.

This hotel offers a great price - quality. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is nice. Other facilities (e.g. fitness) are available as well. Free parking is provided. Breakfast is okay.
